HEALTHY PROTEIN PANCAKES

No sugar, gluten-free, rich in proteins and good carbs.

Mix:

  • 2 eggs

  • 50 g low-fat quark

  • 1/2 banana

  • a little bit of baking soda

  • 80 g buckwheat flour

  • 1 spoon protein powder (I use vegan protein powder)

Put a little bit of coconut oil in a pan, and cook the pancakes until golden.

To sweeten use dates or maple syrup.
