RICE NOODLE SOUP

This recipe is for all rice noodle & soup lovers. It’s a great soup for the winter days to eat as a starter or as a single light plate.

Garlic and ginger will help to improve your immune system.

Ingredients:

  • Ginger, peeled and sliced

  • Peeled and crushed garlic

  • Chopped green onion

  • Chopped leek

  • Peeled and chopped carrots

  • Peeled and chopped small potatoes

  • Water

  • Chopped mushrooms

  • Rice noodle

  • Fried fioretto cauliflower

  • Medick sprouts

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Preparation:

- Sauté the garlic, onion, leek, carrot, and potato.

- Add the seasoning and water.

- Cook for 15-20 minutes and add the noodles.

- As a topping: sauté the fioretti cabbage and mushrooms and add them together with the alfalfa sprouts.

Serve still hot and enjoy!
