GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD
This banana bread is delicious, and I've been making it a lot lately until I found the version I like best. You can make it with or without chocolate, depending on your preference.
It's perfect for when you're in the mood for something sweet but want something healthy.
Ingredients:
-2 or 3 ripe bananas
- 230 g of gluten-free flour (I used oat flour and buckwheat flour)
- 200 g coconut sugar or birch sugar if you prefer it lighter.
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 4 tablespoons of almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 180°C
- Take a mold about 23 cm long and grease it with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, peel and slice the bananas and mash them with a fork until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon and mix it.
- To this mixture, add the almond milk, coconut oil and mix them.
- Finally, add the bananas and the chocolate chips.
- Put the dough in the pan and bake it for about 45-50 minutes.
- Let it cool, and it's ready!
