I have a goal for the new year to create more content and I want to put my real recipes, what I eat every day. If you follow me on Instagram, you know that the most important thing for me when I cook is that it is very nutritious and easy to make. The reality is that most of us don't have time to cook complicated things, but we still have to try to eat healthily.

I am a trainer, and I need to take care of my physicality and my condition to do my job well.

As I share my simple and nutritious recipes on Instagram, I will do it on the blog.

This recipe is super simple. You only need 3 things:

- Cook the couscous (I buy it gluten-free)

- Cook the chicken in a pan or in the oven (with olive oil, salt, and pepper)

- Fry some vegetables in the pan also with olive or coconut oil, salt, and pepper (in the photo: zucchini, red pepper, and spring onion).

It is super quick to prepare, it tastes delicious and has everything you need!
