CELERY JUICE
The juice that I love the most and I drink all the time is celery juice. I discovered this juice a couple of months ago and, I must say, it is worth drinking it as much as you can.
Celery has incredible benefits for our health:
Celery is a great purifier thanks to its potassium content
It helps to reduce weight
It helps to have better skin, because of the antioxidants
It helps to have a better digestion
I started to drink it every morning after my lemon water. After a couple of weeks, I already could see a huge effect. My digestion was much better and my belly had got flatter! I also felt more energetic and my skin started to have a nicer glow.
I encourage you to try and drink it if possible every day.
The taste of celery is a little bit strong, that is why sometimes I mix it with other vegetables (that way you have the advantages of other vegetables too). I like mixing it with lemon, cucumber and apple, and I also like to add some turmeric.
