GLUTEN FREE, PROTEIN RICH BREAD
This bread is delicious, very healthy, and very easy to make. For me, it has been a discovery, because I am celiac and it is not easy to find bread that is tasty and suitable for me.
To make this bread you need (enough to make two small loaves):
- 190 g of oat flour
- 5 tablespoons of plantain seeds
- 150 g sunflower seeds
- 40 g pumpkin seeds
- 30 g ground hazelnuts
- 40 g ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons flax oil
- a little olive oil
Mix all the ingredients and add hot water until moistened. Let the dough rest for at least one hour (you can leave it overnight) and then put it in a greased bowl with olive oil.
Bake in the oven (without preheating) at 200 °, for about 70 minutes, until golden brown.
