HEALTHY BREAKFAST

Here I share with you my favorite breakfast lately. I love it because it has a lot of fruit, it's light and has all the nutrients you need to start the day.

This breakfast has:

- Rolled oats

- Almond milk

- Plain yogurt (if you're vegan, you can leave out the yogurt)

- Apple, sliced and grated

- Orange, peeled and sliced

- Banana peeled and sliced

- Chia, sesame, and flax seeds, and nuts to taste

- Raisins

- You can also add strawberries and/or raspberries.

- A little cinnamon powder

- Peanut butter

What I do is leave the oat flakes in the almond milk until soft (you can leave them overnight) and then add the rest of the ingredients.

It is very healthy and delicious!
