Can't find a healthy cereal that you like or like? Then you can make them yourself, it's super easy!

For the granola I mix:

- gluten-free oat flakes

- seeds like chia seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds

- sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds

- Some dried fruits like pine nuts or walnuts

- Raisins and goji grapes

- Fresh or dried shredded coconut

To this mixture, I add a little coconut oil and honey (I heat it so it is liquid) and a little cinnamon.

I put it in the oven over medium heat until it is golden brown (you have to move it from time to time). And that's it!

The fruit smoothie has frozen berries, banana, papaya, orange, and a little cinnamon.

Delicious!
