Here is the recipe for the porridge that you can have for breakfast:

For this porridge you need:

- Oatmeal (I use the BLOOM brand)

- Vegetable milk (I use almond milk)

- Water

- Cinnamon

- Honey

- For the topping: raspberries, bananas, blueberries, peanut cream nuts

- Maple syrup if you want to sweeten it

Procedure:

- Boil the oat flakes in a little vegetable milk (if you want, you can mix the milk with water), add a little bit of cinnamon and honey, remove from the heat, and let cool

- Put the topping of your taste and enjoy the breakfast!

Thanks to BLOOM and Mary Fernandez Photo

I love having cereal for breakfast. It's a habit I've had since I was a kid. Unfortunately, with my celiac disease, I can't eat all kinds of cereals, but fortunately most oatmeal today is gluten-free, as well as other cereals that are naturally gluten-free.

In addition to oatmeal, I like the fact that the cereals mixes have other seeds and fruits that give you the nutrients and vitamins you need throughout the day. That's why I like the BLOOM brand.

BLOOM offers gluten-free, organic, and sugar-free cereals. It has different flavors: chocolate, coconut, strawberries, mango, they are very healthy and delicious.
